This is a focused training for skippers stepping into the world of multihull sailing. A catamaran behaves differently—it has its own strengths, its own quirks, and its own logic. This course is designed to help you understand those nuances and handle the vessel with total composure in real conditions.
You will train daily on a modern 42–47ft catamaran in the Saronic Gulf. Through hands-on drills and repeated practice, you move beyond the basics to build true confidence at the helm.
The small crew of just 6 people ensures maximum helm time and personalized coaching to master every maneuver.

> Newly certified skippers with little to no catamaran experience
> Adventure-driven travelers wanting to explore coastlines with a stable, spacious vessel
> Sailing couples preparing to cruise together
Perfect
for:

What
You`ll
Learn
Master the dance of the throttles.
Learn to use your twin engines independently to spin on a dime, slide sideways, and dock with confidence in any marina.
The Art of a Silent Night
Practice safe anchoring on different seabeds and learn how to calculate scope, deploy a bridle, and test your anchor’s hold.
Master the stern-to docking dance
We'll practice the entire Med mooring sequence, focusing on handling a side wind. This is your chance to perfect the "crabbing" technique. We break it down into small actions so you can approach any Med mooring with confidence.
Optimize your sails for two hulls
We will focus on finding the most efficient angles for upwind performance and mastering the stable, powerful broad reach that catamarans are famous for. You will learn to harness the true potential of the boat for an effortless and exhilarating glide.
Stay in control when you lose half your power.
Practice one-engine maneuvering in a safe, supportive setting, so you can stay calm and in control even when something unexpected happens.
The Boat
The Boat
A stable platform for focused learning
Our training is conducted on modern 42–47ft catamarans, the industry standard for charter fleets. You will stay in a comfortable cabin with a private bathroom and enjoy bright, shared communal spaces.
Most importantly, the catamaran's spacious and stable deck is your primary classroom. It provides the safe, uncluttered environment essential for focused drills and hands-on skill development from the very first day.

Your Instructor

With over 30,000 nautical miles and hundreds of charters, Mihail combines vast experience (RYA Yachtmaster Ocean, RYA Cruising and Shorebased Navigation Instructor) with a genuine gift for teaching.
He’s the patient instructor who remembers those moments when your heart pounds in your chest and you’re afraid of making a mistake.
His superpower is explaining complex concepts simply. What this means for you: a calm, structured, patient coach beside you every step of the way. You’ll practice real maneuvers, receive daily feedback, and build confidence.
The Area

A purposefully selected training ground
We operate in a protected area of the Saronic Gulf, where short passages between traditional ports and quiet bays provide a high density of training scenarios. From Mediterranean mooring to anchoring in tight spots, this condensed geography allows us to maximize learning within minimal sailing distances.
The focus is entirely on skill acquisition; we avoid long passages to dedicate all our energy to the maneuvers that define a confident skipper.
